Auto-Correct can change typing errors while you type, such as changing teh into the.

It can also be used for typing in shorthand, for example changing ys into Yours sincerely.

Auto-Correction occurs in most places where you can type free text, this includes all database fields, conversation notes, table cells and so on.

Top   Capitalise the first word of a sentence
This will capitalise the first word of a new sentence or paragraph.

You can set exceptions by clicking the ...with exceptions hyperlink to set those words after which you don't want capitalisation to occur, such as etc., eg., and so on

Top   Capitalise days of the week
    This will capitalise day names.
For example, tuesday will become Tuesday

Top   COrrect TWo CApital LEtters
This will adjust any word which begins with two capital letters so that just the first letter is capitalised. This mistake usually happens when you hold down the shift key for slightly too long when you type a proper noun or start a new sentence.

You can set exceptions by clicking the ...with exceptions hyperlink to set those words after which you don't want two-capital-letter correction to occur, such as CDs, GTi, and so on
